Is your Rotary Club ready for July 1, 2013 implementation of Future Vision?
Plan now on attending the Fall Seminar – open to ALL Rotarians, on November 3, at the West Bend Moraine Park Technical College. The morning session will feature an overview of how District 6270 will be doing business in regards to Scholarships, GSE / VTT, and Grants starting July 1, 2013.
Clubs that have already named a Future Vision contact are: Amigos, Brookfield, Burlington, Fond du Lac Morning, Fox Cities Morning, Hartford, Hartland-Lake Country, Kenosha West, Manitowoc Noon, Manitowoc Sunrise, Mayfair, Menasha, Milwaukee, Milwaukee North Sunrise, Montello, MT Sunrise, Neenah, Oshkosh, Oshkosh Southwest, Pewaukee, Plymouth, Slinger-Allenton, Waukesha, Waukesha Sunrise, Wauwatosa, West Bend Sunrise. If your club is not in this listing then make sure someone is named immediately to serve!
One NEW practice starting July 1, 2013, is that a Rotary Club must qualify to be involved in the Grants program. As a result a GMS (Grant Management Seminar) will be held on February 9th (site to be determined) along with a repeat session that same week in another part of our District.
Stay informed on how D6270 will be preparing for the Future Vision program.
Direct questions to Mike Slawny, District Foundation Chair, mslawny@charter.net or Tamie Koop, Future Vision Coordinator, tkoop@wi.rr.com
