Partnering for Peace begins on Monday, September 18th, and runs through Friday, September 22nd. During this week, Rotary International and the Peace Corps will jointly host their third annual week-long event, commemorating the achievements and opportunities stemming from their official partnership. This partnership provides Rotary's support and connections to Peace Corps Volunteers, both in the field and within the United States. It also aims to facilitate connections between Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and Rotary and Rotaract Clubs once they have completed their service.
The purpose of Rotary – Peace Corps Week is to amplify awareness of this partnership, and this year's event, themed "Celebrating the Peace Corps Connections," aims to build upon prior successes. Through a series of daily webinars and Zoom calls, we will delve into various aspects:
- September 18, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm: "Peace through Service, Action, and Diversity" - This inaugural day of Rotary/Peace Corps Week sets the stage for the week's proceedings. Two leaders, one from Peace Corps and one from Rotary, will discuss how service, action, and diversity contribute to peace and bolster the partnership between Peace Corps and Rotary. REGISTER HERE

Regardless of the broad range of needs, the assessment, planning, and execution processes often follow similar paths to success. Bring your questions and learn how your ideas can transform into meaningful partnerships. REGISTER HERE
- September 22, 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm: "Celebrating Peace: A Natural Marriage of Rotary Action Group for Peace and the Peace Corps Community" - This interactive webinar will share the goals and activities of the RAG for Peace, along with the involvement of active Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and the Peace Corps community in local and global peace efforts and projects.
