As you know, we have been working on a new Strategic Plan for our Rotary District. After months of work, the plan is now complete.
Many people provided input. Over 400 Rotarians in our district responded to a survey in the spring. The District Leadership Team met for a workshop in the spring. A District Strategic Planning Committee worked for months. The draft was reviewed by many people, including our Governor Line, Assistant Governors, the District Board, and District Committee Chairs.
To the left, you will find a copy of the 2019-22 District 6270 Strategic Plan. As you will see, it aligns with the new RI/TRF Vision Statement and Strategic Priorities.
The purpose of the plan is to provide strategic direction to move our District ahead over the next three years. We will need your support as a club members to make improvements in our great district.
