Thank you for your assistance in trying to better coordinate district-wide meetings and events.  The District Leadership Team is attempting to avoid back‑to‑back meetings/events and having too many in a week.  All requests will be reviewed to fulfill as many requests as the planning calendar allows.

Submit this form no less than two months prior to the meeting/event date.  You will receive notification of availability once your request has been reviewed.
