The below applications are for the Rotary District 6270 Youth Exchange Program. We strongly suggest that, before downloading the application, you contact the Youth Exchange Officer of your local Rotary Club. You must be sponsored by a Rotary Club, and work with a Rotary Club Youth Exchange Officer in order to complete the application properly.
