At times you or your club may need to show proof of insurance. Below you will find detailed information on the various insurance programs/plans currently in place.

Certificate of Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance (PDF) is provided to third parties as evidence of your U.S. club or district's commercial general liability insurance. This document details the type of insurance coverage, the insurance companies providing the coverage, and the dates and limits of coverage for your club or district.

Directors/Officers Insurance

This policy covers each Rotary Club, the Board of Directors, committees, the Club Foundation Board, Rotaract Clubs (board members and committees), Interact Clubs (board members and committees), Youth Act Club (board members and committees) and any other Rotary club or organization that is part of your particular club.
