RI Semiannual Reports/ Billing

Rotary International Semiannual Reports/Billing to District Rotary Clubs January 2010, SARs will be mailed out by the end of December. If your club did not receive the mailed report, please have your club secretary contact data@rotary.org for replacement statements. Semiannual reports should be received in the beginning of July and January every year. Reports are provided via mail, fax or email. It is also extremely important to report a change in club officers in timely manner. Reports are automatically mailed to the current club secretary (or exec. secretary if available). July reports are mailed to the future secretary (incoming secretary).

DSG Applications

The District Simplified Grants (DSG) Committee met the last week in July to review the DSG applications for the 2008-2009 year.  The Committee received applications from 13 clubs which were complete and in compliance. These clubs were awarded the DSG amounts they had requested totaling $22,374. View list of DSG awardees.

The District 6270 Simplified Grant (DSG) process is administered by the Grants/World Community Service Committee of the District, which is part of the larger Foundation Committee. 

Grant Requirements

Application Process

Complete and submit the District 6270 Simplified Grant Application by the due date of June 1, 2008. Completed applications shall be submitted to District 6270 Grant/World Community Service Committee contact as shown on application form.

Contacts
The primary contact should be the 2008-2009 Club President, the secondary contact can be any Rotary club member involved in this project.  BOTH contacts will be responsible for overseeing the project and completing the required progress and final reports. 

Signature Required
The DSG application is signed by the current Rotary Club 2007 – 2008 President.
