WAS welcomes Rotary International President Elect John Germ

All Rotarians are welcomed to come to WAS on Sunday June 26th to hear RI President-Elect John Germ speak to the WAS delegates!  RIPE John will be speaking at 3 PM in Shattuck Auditorium on the Carroll University campus in Waukesha.  Come for free.  Stop at registration desk  outside auditorium to get a name badge.

Come again on Thursday June 30th, join the delegates and attend a special Rotary meeting.  Counts as a make up -- if you attend. Then stay for the delegate presentations on what they learned during the week while attending WAS.

President Elect of RI John Germ will speak at 3:15 SundayJune 26
                - Those planning to attend should inform the WAS offices by Wednesday, June22.
                - Check-In will take place in the lobby of Shattuck Music Center beginning at 2:30 p.m.
                - Rotarians will sit in a special section (front of auditorium but on the side)
                - The Q&A session following Mr. Germ's speech is reserved exclusively for Delegates;
                - Rotarians are asked NOT to raise their hands or to ask questions or add comments out of  respect  and to allow maximum time for the student delegates to participate
                - Rotarians and other attendee's may stay for dinner with the Delegates ($15.00 charge).
                - We expect Mr. Germ to stay for dinner.
                -  Mr. Germ's time during the dinner hour will be devoted entirely to talking with delegates.
                -  There will not be a special "meet and greet" for P.E.  Germ with Rotarians
               
An Open Rotary Meeting will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30  
                -  Cost will be $15.00 per person
                -  We ask Rotarians who intend to join us June 30 to pre-register by sending an e-mail to contact@worldaffairsseminar.org or by mailing a check to the WAS offices (see address below)
                -  Rotary Make-Up Credit will be provided in writing
                -  Attendee's will eat in the cafeteria with the delegates, then go to another room for the Rotary meeting.  This is a great opportunity to converse with delegates.
                -  Following the Rotary Meeting, Rotarians are invited to stay for the Capstone Presentations  by student delegates.  Each discussion group (of 12 or so) will make a 10 minute presentation.
