Moore Tornado Relief and Recovery
Perhaps some of you have started to take up collections to donate to the Moore and surrounding communities that were destroyed by the recent tornadoes that left a path of destruction over 2 miles long and nearly 1.3 miles wide.
The Rotary Governors of Districts 5770 and 5750 are in the process of establishing a designated fund for tax deductible donations. The donations will go to the Moore community and adjacent communities that also suffered the brunt of the EF5 tornado.
Many Rotarians in the Moore Rotary Club and their district 5770 were directly impacted in some regard. They would greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers. They are still assessing the total damage and the ongoing needs. The number of needs will be great, but are fully unknown at this time.
