Planning For the Future
Does your Rotary Club have a plan/direction for the next 3 Years? Now is the time to engage all the members in your Rotary club to determine a plan/direction for the future. Some would call this strategic planning, others have used the District Club Facilitated Visioning Team to determine a future direction for the Rotary Club. The Club Vision Team is "Free" -- you need to supply the materials to do the exercise of goal determining.

What your club needs to do NOW -- -- Start by talking to your current club leadership to determine need. Then look for dates Monday - Thursday evening -- when the Visioning Team could come to facilitate your personalized session. Think about where this session could be held. Access to walls to post about 20 sheets of flipchart paper is important.
